Great experience renting car from CLL. Easy communication through whatsapp from their website and they were very responsive, excellent customer service. Car was in good condition and at an affordable price. We picked up the car from KK airport at 2 AM and we used it to get to Poring hot springs with no issues. Highly recommend this company. CLL can be contacted via WhatsApp. I have booked the rental car through WhatsApp. The whole process is smooth. There are some mis-communication but CLL has provide professional advice and honor their promise. The collection of the rental car is smooth. The condition of the car is good too. We went to Kundasang with no issue. Happy with the rental. Recommended.

I rented a small car for a trip across to Sandakan and the tip of Borneo, and got a free upgrade to a bigger car. Excellent service and very good and quick communication (contact them via WhatsApp). Very flexible when I asked to extend the rental for a few more days. Thank you 🙏

Just one important point: if you plan to pay by credit card, tell them in advance so that the delivery or pick-up driver brings a card machine along. If forgot that on the pick-up, but then managed to pay via Grab.
